COPYWRITING

Ladbroke Grove born and raised, apparent from those playground days, that Teezaís resilience to criticism and a never say never attitude meant he was long destined for a life in the music industry. In a musical house as the youngest of 5, Wu tang from one room, SWV and High life from another, ìI born in to this man, 4 years old I couldnít escape it. Making music was never a choice but a necessity.

Teezaís personal exploration of music began on the once collectively familiar, if not now slightly forgotten rubber keys of a Nokia 3210. From composing ring tones to making beats on a Sony Playstation to cutting his teeth as a MC, Teeza is name never far from the lips of the close circle of grime producers working in the capital.

With a production style favoring the 140bpm region, and releasing instrumental hit Bounce on Logan Samaís label Earth 616 music in 2011. Teeza has since featured across radio, from a regular slot on Mode FM to BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra, Kiss 100, Rinse Fm and SBTV.

Signing with Audio Doughnuts in the summer of 2011 and featuring at a number their nights, Tís production and live play have continued to develop.

Representing the West London massive in the Croatian sunshine, T pulled down the house at Dimensions Festival in 2012.

Headlining at Birthdays, Dalston alongside, Mobo nominee and award winning Big Nastie and Stormzy respectively at Samurai Sound event DOJO in 2014.

Following an interest in experimentation of the musical realm outside of the familial grime and Hip hop; Teeza is turning his head to focus on new genre spanning projects collaborating with a number of emerging and established artists.
