Optical transceiver maker PCL to set up joint venture in Malaysia

PCL Technologies will team up with Malaysia-based Inari Amertron Bhd to set up a joint venture to manufacture optical transceiver products in Malaysia, according to a PCL filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE).
